By spending over RM70,000 to resurface the whole car park. All cars will be locked out for 3 days and 3 nights. Too bad I wasn’t here to see them spend RM180,000 to repaint the whole apartment block.

Eh, are the bumps SMALLER??!?!?!
I sure hope so.
The bumps are now smaller so there’s no need to brake too hard when you go over them now. But without these speed bump effects, it could be more dangerous for pedestrians. But good for bicycles!
